The Health Improvement Alliance, the Bridgeport Department of Health & Social Services is working with partners to distribute the DataHaven Community-Based Assets and Needs Survey to local residents. The goal of this brief, voluntary survey is to better understand the quality of life and important issues facing people who live in our region.
