The City of Bridgeport, in partnership with the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development and Freeman Companies, will be improving the streetscape along the Black Rock Business District corridor of Fairfield Avenue.

This project will rehabilitate the damaged streetscape and lighting within the business district, increase pedestrian infrastructure, and provides incentives for attracting new private investments and business.
