School Year Employment
Youth Services is seeking applications from Juniors and Seniors who are Bridgeport residents and16 years of age or older as of 10/3/2022. Additionally, we are seeking applications from college students who need not be Bridgeport residents, but who must be currently enrolled and attending one of our surrounding Universities. This will be an opportunity to work with Lighthouse after school children and gain valuable work experience. The program will run from 10/3/22 – 6/2/23 or earlier/later depending on grant funds. - Copy of most recent Report Card or Transcript for the 2022-2023 Academic Year

Please note: Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applicant MUST be willing and able to participate in an in person interview and work after school for the duration. Those involved in sports and clubs that meet regularly will not qualify. Please DO NOT apply.
Maximum number of hours per week is 10. Those selected for employment will work between the hours of 3:00-5:30 and for no more than two hours per day. Lighthouse follows the school schedule and does not operate on half days. Exact hours to be worked out with the site coordinator.
