The City of Bridgeport's next state-mandated revaluation is scheduled for 2025.  A Revaluation is the process of data collection by mail and/or home inspections and market analysis necessary to equalize the values of all properties within the City of Bridgeport for purpose of a fair and equitable distribution of the tax burden.
