The Department of Health and Social Services is partnering with local businesses and community centers to conduct FREE blood pressure screening for their clients!

Participants also receive FREE:

  • Educational materials
  • Dietary information
  • Training on American Heart Association's BP Tracker and
  • Promotional items

Take control of your heart health! Free digital blood pressure monitors may be available for those who qualify.
