A Simplier Way of Requesting Public Records!
To submit a request (FOI) under this new program, you can simply submit a written request by mail, e-mail, fax, or drop-off directly to the City department which you seek records from. If you wish to inspect copies of public records you may verbally request records with each City department, subject to appropriate limitations pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act.

Permits, Plans and Licenses 2021+
If you are looking to see permits, plans, and licenses issued since January 1, 2021! Please visit the Park City Portal where you can search for existing permits, plans, inspections, code cases, request, and license from the Building, Zoning, Health, and Fire Marshal Department since 2021.
In the future we will be adding Parks and Police Department Permits!
