Meetings
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the last Monday of each month at 6:15 PM in the City Council Chambers of Bridgeport City Hall, 45 Lyon Terrace. Meeting schedules may change due to holidays or other schedule conflicts
Commission Members
The Planning and Zoning Commission consists of up to nine members appointed by the Mayor and approved by at least 60% of the entire membership of the City Council. Members meet the last Monday of each month at 6pm. For more information, click here. Current members include:

About the Planning and Zoning Commission
The Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC) is responsible for maintaining the City’s Zoning Regulations and adopting the City’s Master Plan of Conservation & Development every decade. The PZC holds public meetings and hearings to consider applications for site plan review, special permits, coastal site plan review, and liquor approvals, as outlined in the Zoning Regulations.
