Toter Request

One Recycling and Sanitation toter is provided per household. Upon request, a resident may receive a second Recycling toter at no cost. 

Lost, Stolen, or New Homeowner

To receive a Recycling and/or Sanitation toter the owner must provide either:

  • A copy of the closing statement/deed (if it is a new homeowner that was missing toters at time of purchase) within 12 month stating (closing date, name, address & phone number)


  • A copy of the (entire) police report documenting the stolen toter.  (We do not accept the file # only)

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19), our offices are open, but closed to the public until further notice.

This information may be emailed, faxed or mailed to our offices at 581 N. Washington Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604. Once this information is received and validated residents can either pick up toters at our facilities from Monday to Friday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. OR allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. 

(Please NOTE that residents will only be issued one replacement for a stolen toter.  This policy is subject to change.)
