Bridgeport, CTMayor Ganim and the City of Bridgeport have partnered with SONO Studios to produce a new logo for the City. The logo will coincide with the City Seal and will be brandished on items and used throughout different City-ran events. The City and SONO Studios have been able to gather creative input for new branding by hosting multiple focus groups with City staff and community members in Bridgeport. After much discussion, the City was able to conclude upon two logos that would best fit the City’s historical presence while leaning into the trend of today’s cultural diversity.

“Bridgeport has gone through many changes over the past few years, and there’s so much progress to celebrate,” Mayor Ganim stated. “The City’s new logo will bring out all there is to appreciate about Bridgeport. The Park City is ri

ch in culture, entertainment, restaurants, and recreation. We want to be able to show that through a logo that we all can be proud of.”

To finalize the decision on a new City logo, an online survey has been created to receive input from the public for which logo is most desirable. The survey will be available to residents for voting from noon on July 31, 2023, until noon of August 7th. To participate in the survey, visit engage.bridgeportct.gov/logo.
