About the Committee
The purpose of the Ordinance Committee is to review and recommend changes to the city’s ordinances.
The Committee reviews proposed ordinances and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding their adoption.
All resolutions or petitions relating to the adoption or amending of any ordinance or any matter relating to general government of the City, excepting as herein otherwise provided, shall be referred to the Committee on Ordinances.
