The Board of Public Purchases meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 4:15 PM. Meetings are conducted on Zoom until further notice. Meeting schedules may change due to holidays or other schedule conflicts.

Board of Public Purchases (BPP)
The Board, created by charter, responsible to discharge the duties described within the Code of Ordinances with respect to the City's Purchasing Procedure.
- The BPP consists of the Director of Finance and four members directly appointed by the Mayor
- Each December, the Mayor appoints two persons to serve two-year terms. Members serve until a successor is appointed and has qualified
- The BPP advises the City concerning the affairs of the Office of Public Purchases
- The BPP approves the City’s annual purchasing policy statement, approves all procedural rules and regulations, and hears appeals from the decisions of the Purchasing Agent as may be authorized by law
- The BPP meets the second Wednesday of each month at 4:15pm via Zoom
