BRIDGEPORT FIRE DEPARTMENT ACADEMY GRADUATION CEREMONY
FOR CLASS 01-2022
WHO: Mayor Ganim, Fire Chief Lance Edwards, Elected Officials, City Council, and community members.
WHAT: The Bridgeport Fire Department Academy Graduation Ceremony for Class 01-2022. Twenty-one Firefighter Recruits have completed a 12-week program in the field and in the classroom. On a daily basis they were engaged in a rigorous physical fitness program and then performed hands on instruction including Forcible Entry, Ventilation, Extrication, Search & Rescue, Ladders, Hose, and Live burns.
