WHAT: Mayor Ganim to join City Officials at the Windward Apartments Ceremonial Ribbon Cutting. The Windward Apartments' first phase debuted in 2021, with 54 additional units and a 7,600 square foot health facility on-site. For some months, apartments have been completely filled. The developers of the property intend to celebrate the good news of this freshly opened complex with valued partners and participants.
