MAYOR GANIM ANNOUNCES CITY PARKS OPEN FOR GRILLING 

Bridgeport, CT - Mayor Ganim announces that grilling is now available at all City of Bridgeport public parks today Friday, June 19th. Due Covid-19 Seaside Park and Beardsley Park will have a limited parking capacity of 30% in order to adhere to state and CDC safe protocols. Parks have extended their reduced operating hours of 10am – 4pm to 8am - 6pm.

The Mayor is encouraging all residents to keep their distance and follow Covid-19 guidelines while enjoying the vast waterfront and more than 1,300 acres of public parks the city has to offer.

Parks stickers will be available for Sale only at Beardsley Park & Seaside Park from 8am-4pm all week from Thursday, May 21st through Labor Day. Check points will be accepting Cash and Credit.  Stickers can only be purchased for the vehicle entering the park with proof of registration. The sticker must be affixed to the windshield. 

The Restrooms that are currently open are the following: 
Seaside West Beach 
Seaside Casino Bathhouse 
Beardsley Park at All-Inclusive Playground
