UPDATE: Transfer Station and Christmas Tree Collection Resumes Normal Schedule
Bridgeport, CT – The City of Bridgeport Transfer Station and Christmas Tree Collection is on normal schedule today, January 17, 2018. The City of Bridgeport previously reported the Transfer Station would be closed on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 and Christmas tree pickup would be postponed until Thursday, January 18, 2018 due to the snow event. Initial weather communications assessed a 3 to 5 inch snowfall, due to the milder conditions the City of Bridgeport opted to resume with normal schedule. Please disregard previous reports regarding closures and cancellations.
