Light Up the Season!
Mayor Ganim, City of Bridgeport to Light McLevy Green Christmas Tree
BRIDGEPORT, CT – Mayor Joe Ganim and the City of Bridgeport will host their annual McLevy Green Christmas Celebration on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. This event will take place at McLevy Green on Bank Street in Bridgeport. The Christmas tree will officially be lit for the season and include ornament creations from Bridgeport Public Elementary and Middle School students.

The Christmas tree lighting ceremony will give local children the chance to meet Santa as Bridgeport’s Fire Department Engine arrives with his helpers. The night will include a musical performance from the Downtown Cabaret cast of “The Christmas Elf”, along with special guest emcee Megan Stone from Star 99.9 FM.
