5/31/2015 - STATEMENT: Mayor Bill Finch on Gov. Malloy and State Leaders Reaching Biennial Budget Deal

And, from what we understand of the compromise that’s been struck on this biennial budget so far, we’re confident that Gov. Bridgeport, Conn. (May 31, 2015) Background: Today, Gov. Malloy and state leaders announced that they have struck a deal on the state biennial budget, which will be voted on tomorrow (click here for more info: http://bit.ly/1AGO6As). In response, Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch made the following statement:
