Household Bulk Pickup Program
The City of Bridgeport announces the start of the 2024 Household Bulk Pickup Program to help residents dispose of large items that are difficult for residents to transport to our local transfer station.
Household Pickup Guidelines:
- Household Bulk collections are from Monday to Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm.
- Residents should have all acceptable household items curbside by Monday 7:00 am during the scheduled week.
- Residents must ONLY place Household items for pickup during your district's scheduled week. Curbside items outside of the scheduled week will be subject to a fine.
- Please ensure that curbside items are easily accessible to City equipment and personnel. If the pile is unorganized or inaccessible, the City reserves the right to bypass the pickup.
For questions call 203-576-7124
Residents will be responsible for removing any UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS from curbside and may be subject to fines imposed by the Unlawful Deposit Coordinator.
