Bridgeport Transfer Station

The Bridgeport Transfer Station provides city residents and businesses a safe and environmentally responsible location to dispose of household waste and recycle material.  

Hours of Operation: The transfer station is open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 3pm to the public year-round, except for the following holidays New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day. 

 Note: Saturdays services are for residents with passenger cars and pickups only.

* - Masks are required at ALL times when at the Transfer Station.
