Maintenance

The maintenance department is involved in a wide range of functions keeping the physical condition of all City Buildings (with the exception of Board of Education Buildings) properly repaired and maintained. Included are: heating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and masonry. In addition, the Maintenance department maintains and repairs both city decorative and traffic control lights. Custodial services for all city properties are also provided by the maintenance department.
