Our Mission

The mission of the Bridgeport-Sikorsky Airport is to operate effectively in accordance with the regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAR Part 139). Our objectives include maximizing the airport’s economic and public service value to the City and this region, as well as providing a safe and secure aviation facility for the public and general and corporate aviation.
