WHEN REQUIRED: 

A Demolition Permit is required to demolish any building, structure, or part thereof, per the Connecticut State Building Code. Demolition permit are valid for 30 days from date of issue. 


WHO CAN APPLY: 

Any Connecticut Licensed Demolition Contractor or authorized agent of the license holder may apply for a demolition permit.


DEMOLITION PERMIT APPLICATION PROCEDURES: 

Visit the Park City Portal and create an account to apply for a Demolition Permit. All documents must be submitted on PDF format.

PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

SPECIAL NOTES:

Upon demolition completion provide a letter from the dump location and dump tickets to the Building Official to close out demolition permit.
