To receive a trash or recycling toter(s) the owner must provide either:
- A copy of the closing statement/deed (if it is a new homeowner) within 12 month stating (closing date, name, address & phone number)
- A copy of a police report documenting the stolen toter.
This information should be faxed to (203) 332-3029 or brought to our offices at 581 N. Washington Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604. Once this information is received and validated residents can either pick up toters at our facilities from Monday to Friday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. OR allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
